Cor-Bits Coring & Cutting rotates gem quality diamond crystals with a large inventory of diamond tool cutting equipment that precisely cuts and removes large volumes and depths of concrete. These diamond cutting systems are water cooled, relatively quiet, and non-disruptive to surrounding structures.
Most importantly, diamond tool cutting systems can be used in limited spaces where movement is restricted. Our services include slab sawing, wall sawing, diamond chain and wire sawing, core drilling, removal, and haul-off. Slab Saw
Slab Saw services are most commonly used for ashpalt and concrete repair or replacement, expansion and control joints, plumbing renovations, elevator shaft penetrations, traffic loops, railways, and decorative design. Electric, turbo diesel, gas, or propane engine options are available to cut up to 26” deep.
Wall Sawing, Wire Sawing and Diamond Chain Sawing
Wall sawing, wire sawing, and chain sawing are diamond tool cutting systems used to cut through concrete, brick, and block aggregates for window, door, scupper, and HVAC installations.
Core Drilling
Wet diamond core bits drill fast and smooth through aggregates with moderate and heavy steel. Dry or wet core bits work well in block and brick applications. Many bonds are available to fit the exact specification. We can drill holes from a 5/8” diameter to a 43” diameter.
